Shake well before using. Wash affected area with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer over affected area twice daily (morning and night) paying special attention to spaces between toes when used for athlete's foot. I purchased a bottle a month ago. I’ve been battling toenail fungus on both large toes for couple years. Tried so many different things as well as prescriptions too. Nothing seemed to be working. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now. I have noticed a change after one week. I have to treat two nails which are pretty bad, nothing else had helped. This seems to be working.
