I take one 5mg pill about a half hour before bed. Helps me fall off to sleep a little easier. Sometimes I don't make it out of my easy chair. Insuring good rest "function"
At 87 I've now gone up to 5mg from 3 mg, and seems to be quite effective for me. Not really seeking sedative, just insuring my continued health which this contributes to.
