I've been making my own turmeric capsules for almost a year now. Looked at other capsule machines, it's amazing how expensive they are. Finally found this one. It's inexpensive, easy to use and cleen. What more could you ask for. I love the fact that it has a tamper and that the top and bottom parts are spring loaded. A Very Well Made and Easy to Use Capsule Machine.
I really like this capsule machine. I like the size and ease of use, as well as how easy it is to assemble. I was a little concerned about that, until I did it, then realized how groundless my worries were. It makes 24 size 00 capsules at a time, which is fine with me, as I don't like to spend too long on any one thing. I also want to mention that it's very well made and is sturdy. Machine worked perfectly, just as advertised. I had tried to pack capsules manually previously which proved very challenging. Once I figured out how to use the device, I was impressed. The ability to easily compress the contents into the caps was very effective. Great little device for DIY capsules
I work in a compounding pharmacy - this device is nearly identical, just smaller in size and capacity, to the one that we use for encapsulating prescriptions. It will quickly make up a handful of capsules for you. It is very convenient for doing your own capsules, it took me a lot of time before. Just a trick, push the "lid" of the capsule against the top part of the machine just before releasing the filled caps and they will be perfect.
