I like to keep some of this around just in case. As an overseas buyer this came relatively quickly and securely packaged. The iodine wasn't as clear as I was expecting, more a pale amber colour, but does not stain skin or clothes when applied topically. Taken internally, as a nutritional supplement, there was no taste/odour when diluted as directed. Used purely as a nutritional supplement as directed, one of these little bottles should last quite a long time.
